Refund Policy

7-days refund service:

Products will be refunded subject to supplier warranties if faulty within 7 days upon recipient of it, provided that:

• the product was used in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms of use and there is no evidence of structural damage or abuse; and
• the original components and accessories are also returned

All electric products, pre-ordered, discounted, free gifts and samples are non-refundable.
